It’s officially summertime here at Beyond the Will, and our editorial team is looking forward to sunshine, outdoor activity, and ongoing gradual progress toward the “new normal,” including expanded access to the Courts for estate administration and probate litigation matters.  We are going to use the Blog during this time to share some of what we have experienced from a probate perspective during the pandemic, and what we anticipate moving forward.  We will talk about socially-distanced client meetings, remote notarization, Court appearances via telephone and video-conference, options for Alternative Dispute Resolution, virtual depositions, and “Beyond.”
