After discussing disinheritance in our April blog series and divorce in our May blog series, in June we will focus on the natural step after divorce:  blended families.  Specifically, our June blog series will examine the importance of planning for a blended family and, conversely, what happens when you fail to plan, including Will contests and how the relatively-new Massachusetts statutory intestacy laws involving step-children would apply.  Blended families are very common today, so we are excited for this series and hopefully helping many readers.
